perspective and humor, two of the most important things to have in life

another person i had the pleasure of meeting on this trip was Mike Su, the director of product management at Break.com, aka @biggiesu. Mike joined our trip after skipping the Tokyo leg, and hopped on a plane from LA to Beijing to join us in China. I was literally sitting next to him at the Startup2Startup dinner, chatting about LA, when he was suddenly tapped on the shoulder, and taken from our table. And as they say, the rest is history (or rather, the rest was blogged). For those of you who haven’t had a chance to read the entries yet, Mike combines an uncanny sense of perspective and humor in recording his experiences being Quarantined in Beijing. The posts are listed below in chronological order. Enjoy.

1) Welcome to the Hotel Quarantine

2) Life in the Big House

3) The Seven People You’ll Meet in Hotel Quarantine

4) 3 down, 2 to go in Quarantine

5) Quarantine 2.0

Hope the rest of your stay goes smoothly and see you soon in LA.
