Hello Office of Mr. Logan,My name is Jason Yeh, and my wife Van Anh Le and I were married on June 11, 2011. This past week, we received a marriage license in the mail from the office of the LA County Registrar-Recorder/Counter Clerk, and to our dismay, it was not our marriage license. It was instead the marriage license of Jason Chao-Hsin Yeh and Patricia Hau-Yan Lam, a middle-aged couple who were married over 12 years ago on April 16, 1999. I am not quite sure what to do with the three (3) copies of this marriage license we received in the mail, but I would love to get my marriage license. Let me know if you need me to provide any other information.
